Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! 💚

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used beauty products.

We happily accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • If you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We may request photos and a short description of the reaction so our team can review the issue. Approved cases will be eligible for a store credit only.

To start a return, please return the goods in store within 14 days of purchase with your receipt or valid proof of purchase, and photos of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Sale items are final unless faulty.

  • For in-store purchases, returns must be made in person at the original store of purchase.

  • You may return online orders in store with your order number.
