Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, as parcels may encounter delivery delays outside our control. Acid Aura cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
We will attempt to update any incorrect order details; however, once an order has been processed, you will need to contact the delivery carrier to update or redirect.
All orders are shipped with Authority To Leave (ATL). If you are not home, your parcel will be left in a secure location. If the courier deems the location non-secure, your order will be redelivered the following day.
Our delivery service runs Monday to Friday. Acid Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels or delays in transit.
All customs, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If these charges are not paid, your parcel may be abandoned, and Acid Aura will not be responsible for any resulting loss.
